It would be nice to add validation rules for the value of 0190 (OINO) and 0106 (KVK) to the NLCIUS and BISv3 validation artifacts.

A mistake like this: <cbc:ID schemeID=”0190”>0190.00000000000000000000</cbc:ID> will then be avoided.
