Obviously this is an immensely difficult task, even finding logical and short sentences which contains each phoneme (and / or allophone) is tough. I recommend developing software which could auto-fill this task, but that's up to you. Regardless, each sentence would have to be:

  1. As short as possible, hopefully only contain every phoneme once.
  2. Not nonsensical
  3. Spoken by a native speaker

I advise asking the community for help.

that would definitely be a great addition to PHOIBLE. We've long wished to add audio word lists for as many of these languages as possible, to have exemplars of the phonemes/allophones in context. IMO word lists seems more attainable than phonemic pangrams, but if someone's willing to spearhead the effort we could probably leverage the tooling and data structures for any type of audio.

It would probably be best to have those vowel / consonant diagrams have clickable phonemes that produce a sound. It'd be even nicer if it was a native speaker per each phoneme grid.
