is PICkit 4 supported by platformio-vscode-ide ?
i can't able to find any resource.

You can program AVRs using ISP or UPDI, but you can't debug AVRs though PlatformIO.

another vote for integrating PICKit 4 into PlatformIO

PICkit4 is obsolete, and no longer in production. If someone were to pick this up, it would be better to focus on the Atmel ICE, Power Debugger, or the PICkit5.
