Okay so i found out that the game Ref crashes 100% of the time if i am the one hosting the Quest. my friends join via link squad and it takes about 30sec -2mins before my game CTDs. I updated the version to 01077 and it still happens.
Restarting the game and joining the same quest works fine. aswell as joining others quests.

I do have my FOV custom set aswell as the overlay mod from nexusmods, infinite consumables and extended buff duration. gonna test later without mods, ref only and see if it still happens

Currently, I feel that enabling LooseFileLoader is unstable. The “Item Buff Duration” mod requires LooseFileLoader to be enabled, so deactivating the mod and disabling LooseFileLoader will make it stable.

Is there a reason you not using this topic #1196 as instructed by praydog? Spamming GitHub with repetitive issues won't fix the problem faster.

Also recommend testing latest nighty.
