Customize size font fonts in tables

First off, I love your theme, using it all day (literally).
As it happens, I use tables quite often, despite it's stepmotherly support by Obsidian. Tables with text, lots of text sometimes. Tends to give a somewhat bulky look and it's not easy to stay on top of things.

Describe the enhancement

Is it possible to reduce (or customize anyhow) the appearance of table content to achieve a somewhat more condensed look?
