Bug description

The prisma extension is activated in any js project

How to reproduce

Just open a JS or TS file in a non prisma project

Expected behavior

The extension should be activated only in prisma workspaces

N/A

- OS: macOS
- Editor: VSCode
- Editor version: 1.96.4
- Extension version: 6.2.1
