Move MidiThru config to Performance.ini

its been mentioned before, but it seems more logical and useful to have the MidiThru settings available,editable, and savable in the performance menu, allowing for different hardware configurations/routings for different performance setups. Minidexed is a pretty capable midi utility- it can even function as a standalone usb-midi host for other gear... very useful
I could definitely see how a user (other than myself) would want to have the thru routing changeable for different performance settings.... without having to eject the card and edit minidexed.ini
