Legacy server crashes intermittently #593
Comments
Thanks for raising this. We are aware of the issue and are investigating. Yesterday the legacy Processing server started shutting down spontaneously. A reboot solved the issue but only temporarily. @Stefterv suspects an issue with disk space. We are all on holiday break until next year so we may not be able to address it immediately but we'll get to it as soon as we can. |
Ah I see. Sorry for pestering ;-) |
No worries @twisst! Thanks for your vigilance 😃 I have updated the incident at https://processing.statuspage.io/ In the meantime, a backup of the old forums can be accessed at the Internet Archive. Tip This is a good reminder to donate to archive.org 💙 |
@SableRaf It's been stable for a while, makes sense to close? |
We still haven't found the cause of the crashes so maybe we can rename the issue to "Legacy server crashes intermittently" instead? |

Expected behavior
I assume we all want the old forums to still be available.
