Please provide more information on how you have come to this conclusion: this isn't a valid issue report in its current form.

For example, did you use the memory-usage package? What steps can I follow to reproduce the problem?

Note that Emacs uses garbage collection, so Emacs' memory usage will typically increase over time, but decrease again periodically when garbage is collected.
