Should be able to order the scenarios in the MYC

At the moment the MYC orders scenarios in a collection based on when you last updated them. This can lead to undesirable outcomes because if you have two similar scenarios and you edit the one that was updated least recently, the scenarios will effectively switch places within the MYC interface. This can be confusing for end-users.
