Extension

https://www.raycast.com/khasbilegt/1password

Description

I can't find the ability to add a second account, e.g., your work or personal account, for 1password in Raycast with this extension. This is essential for daily usage.

Who will benefit from this feature?

Every 1password user with > one 1password account.

Anything else?

This is a real feature/issue. Not sure it should be auto-marked stale

this may help: https://developer.1password.com/docs/cli/use-multiple-accounts/

From a user perspective, from what I’ve tried, this lets you switch between accounts but doesn’t support adding multiple accounts simultaneously. If I missed something, please let me know!

From an extension perspective, this may in fact allow the feature to be implemented.

In my opinion, the ideal experience would mirror the 1Password app and allow both to:

  • Search across all accounts and vaults at once;
  • From within the app, select an account then narrow the search scope to that specific account.

It seems like many Raycast extensions could benefit from multi-account support. There’s an issue tracking this here: #269
