[Orion] For each Search feature, allow searching across all profiles

Description

Right now the search bookmarks, search history, etc features have a selector for which profile to search, and then they search within that profile; I want to be able to search across all profiles without selecting one since it's much quicker that way.

Who will benefit from this feature?

People with multiple Orion Profiles that use the Raycast extension to search for history, tabs, bookmarks, etc
