Is it possible to implement functionality similar to Interactive Window?

It's amazing, as a pure javascript programmer, I can finally get rid of my jupyter and python environment!

There's also InteractiveWindow, the jupyter support for pyhon, which feels like we're not far off.

Expect these improvements accepted by the official plugin

Hello @janckerchen , I'm glad you like it. This seems doable, but the custom notebook editor part is something I have yet to delve into. I have to be sure it pays what it costs!
Adding it to the wish list...

I have done this because I use it and would also like to see this functionality included in the official extension. I really have no interest in maintaining a fork forever.
