UI behind reverse Proxy inaccessible since update to 2.8.2

Hi all,

after updating from version 2.7.2 to 2.8.2, the UI is inaccessible when running behind a reverse proxy.
We have previously set the environment variable "SERVER_BASEPATH" to "/redpanda". This does not seem to work anymore.

These are the requests from Chromes Network tab.

Initial Request:

The following request, where Redpanda redirects me to:

Note that the "/redpanda" prefix is removed.

Same request to the path "/redpanda/overview" on another server, where version 2.7.2 is deployed redirects me to the following path:

The setup of our reverse proxy (Istio in that case) has stayed exactly the same.
We are using the image redpandadata/console:v2.8.2 of Redpanda Console.
