Cannot Add Cover Art To Webradio Folders

This option is missing from the current click menu.

This function is still missing. Old webradio folders carried over from previous images display a thumbnail, but there is currently no menu option to add new thumbnails to folders. If the coverart.jpg is in the folder, a bookmark will display it.

As a workaround for this, please can you tell me what command would create a thumbnail from the coverart image?
