R solution should be invalidated #54

Hi, the solution written in R is not really making the fizzbuzz by itself, it imports a package which does it, I think it shouldn't be valid.

Please review it.

I'd be equivalent of making this in another lang:

import fizzbuzz;
fizzbuzz.do();

It makes no sense, the code exists but in another place.
