GHA: Linux builds only: 022-unicode-chinese: Chinese text not visible #109

For all the linux builds (With all R versions), chinese text is missing in the new snapshots.

022-unicode-chinese-text-missing_linux-builds

OLD:

linux-3 6-022-unicode-chinese-old

NEW:

linux-3 6-022-unicode-chinese-new

SNAPSHOT 2 Differences:

May be related to a bug in R 4.0.4:

Note: Above issue is only on Linux builds for shinytest results (irrespective of R version). That being said, Mac and Windows R4.0 multibyte characters print issue is a separate one here #116

I will verify if this is happening manually on Linux/Ubuntu18

Checked manually on my Linux/Ubuntu18 machine with R4.0. Chinese text appears fine. This looks like a shinytest issue
