[Feature Request] Global, but ignore Widgets and notifications

Hi,

When applying a Global layout, it would be great to be able to ignore desktop widgets, so that they are not touched like windows in the fore and background.

I would like to see the layout to apply to all apps / windows, except widgets. It appears that notifications are impacted too -- the topmost are off the upper-right hand side of the screen.
