Not working on Intel Sonoma 14.5

I purchased a license and have been using it on both my macbooks (M2 work and Intel personal).

In the begining it was working fine, but for a while it has not been working on my Intel and I have been waiting to see if any updates fixes it. It's completely unresponsive - none of the shortcuts work and triggering it via the menu bar does not work either.
