Hi, I just purchased Rectangle Pro and I'm using a MacBook Pro with two external monitors connected.

I have saved my layout on the MacBook Pro on the first external monitor on the second one also, exactly how I would like to have them, however after going into sleep mode and reconnecting the MacBook Pro by opening it up, the layout does work in the sense of all applications being either opened or shown in general. But they seem to swap monitors so when I save the layout for monitor one for example it shows up on monitor 2 instead of on Monitor 1 and monitor and sometimes vice versa.

macOS version:
MacBook Pro
16-inch, 2021
Chip Apple M1 Pro
Memory 32 GB
Startup disk Macintosh HD
Serial number
XXXXXXXXX
macOS
14.5 (23F79)
Rectangle version: Version 3.0.28 (169)
Logs if applicable (In Rectangle menu, hold option, "View Logging..."):

2024-07-12T09:09:57+10:00: Rectangle Pro v3.0.28 (169)
macOS: Version 14.5 (Build 23F79)
Model: MacBookPro18,1 [3]

Thanks for purchasing. It's likely that when your Mac is waking, the display coordinates are being associated per display as they are recognized in macOS, leading to a different coordinate than when you saved the layout. If I find that it's a small enough fix, I might be able to put a fix in the next release that I have planned.

Hey mate, firstly thank you for creating such a useful productive and amazing application. I have been following you for a while and I know a lot of effort goes into all of this!

If you could do that, that would make a difference for me.

Cheers

why not choosing display number and docking position for each of the applications? this always worked for me if the displays order are physically in the same order
