What if the streams started via CREATESTREAM would automatically restart when the user tops up their balance?
The streams would be closed on the terminus date, but then the VM would 'remember' that the sender used to have an active stream, and it would restart it as soon as they made a deposit.

Imagine the following scenario:
Alice bridges 100 USDC
Alice starts paying 10 USDC to Bob daily
Alice wishes to keep paying Bob, but she forgets to top up after 10 days
Alice tops up 5 days later
The 10 USDC/daily payment continues without another tx sent by Alice
