Add link to shifts on missed/late shift reports

Exact information is needed on the late shift reports, or at least a link to the shift(s) referenced.

Specifically, what information do you need? That reports gives you pretty much all the info Binder has...

The reports have columns for shift start and clock in time, but they are not populated. Additionally, it can be helpful to be able to go to the shift page from the report if something could need to be edited.

Also the shift and clock in time do not show up unless the browser window is big enough.

The missing times was on me (see #191), they should be populated and always show now.

So this issue is just for adding a link to the report, which I don't think is easy to do.
