ブロマガのコメント にも書いたのですが、Git リポジトリを発見したのでこちらで報告します。

ニコ動のヘッダ部リニューアルに伴い, packages/lib/src/nico/nicoUtil.js の isPremium() が動作しなくなった事が原因であるようです。試しに "premium": 0 を "premium": 1 に変えてリクエストしてみたら "status": 0 が返ってきました。しかし isPremium() を直す方法がわからなかったので、済みませんが pull request はできません。
