Swapping ALT and Control as well as Control + Tab, Control + F4 etc to be triggered from ALT + Tab ... Alt + F4 ... etc

Currently I am using the UI and it seems not to be able to allow me to pull this off.

I was on MacOS before and I had extensive keyboard mods utilizing Karabiner and would like to something like that to work here too.

In the UI currently I have successfully swapped ALT and CTRL ...

But I am unable to trigger ALT + TAB from the new CTRL + TAB for instance.

Is it just the UI that is suboptimal?

I am new to this program and currently not very productive.
