Tests failing against perl-5.41 development versions

The Perl core distribution's bug tracker has received a report that changes in the development version of perl (5.41.n) are causing failures in the test suite of the Error distribution. Some CPANtesters reports have also been received, e.g., http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/98c15b63-6d26-1014-a943-e66768f78d14. Any insights which the maintainers of Error.pm have would be appreciated.
