Either allow users to configure a HTTP(S) proxy (preferable) or rotate proxies automatically on our end (possibly expensive).

Can't allow users to specify a proxy because the I can't control the quality and possible security implications of the proxy that was configured by the user. Instance hosters like myself should have the option to specify a proxy under our control instead.

Unfortunately due to a bug in gorilla/websockets I'm blocked from working on this issue for now. See gorilla/websocket#779

Once this bug is fixed, I'll need to update https://github.com/sleeyax/aternos-api in order to make proxies actually work here.
