Ah! two issues. First you are not using a Raspberry Pi but are running Debian 11 on. Lenova by the look of it, and also you are running a 64bit version, which uses differnt pacakges. I suggest you try using the 64bit version of the 4.3 binary deb which you can download from https://sonic-pi.net/files/releases/v4.3.0/sonic-pi_4.3.0_1_bullseye.arm64.deb |
Hi Robin,
Thanks, I will give it a try!

Hopefully this will work for you, but since your hardware is a bit
different the audio setup may not connect up automatically. Give it a try
and let me know how you get on. I have done a build on a virtual 64 bit
Debian machine and got that working, but haven't produced an installation
packaged for it.
The binary debs I have e produced were specifically for raspberry pi
hardware, but they can work on some other hardware.
