Fetch labels for commits

Right now we just display the commit IDs, which isn't horrible, but ideally we'd also display labels for context.

This would probably involve kicking off a subsequent tea.Cmd after receiving the commits with the commit IDs to {Get,List}Labels. (Bonus points for knit, although not sure that's enabled on the BSR.)
