I'm trying to use phyml on 79 unique strains with amino acid sequences. I've created the phylip file with all 79 strains. The comand line is : phyml -i results.phylips -q -d aa -m JTT -a e
Error I get is Segmentation fault (core dumped) result.phylips.zip
