Change the default history from 90 days to something shorter, like 14.

When using the browser a lot, all the entries the addon keeps adds up to thousands and it takes way too long for it to load.

It al depends on how often you enter data in pages you visit. For some that is not very often, for other it is a lot. Based on my own experience and input from others 90 days became the default.
