A power outage caused the system clock to malfunction, setting the date to "2071." This resulted in a Firefox extension becoming unsigned and disabled. After correcting the time and restarting the browser, all saved settings and data appear to have been lost.

is there's any way I can restore atleast this extension data?

The data of this extension is stored in an IndexedDB database. The actual location of the database may vary.
In this case Google is your friend, there are some articles out there that may help you locate the physical location of the database. Since you probably re-installed the plugin or it has got a new ID, the original db may still exist somewhere on your harddrive. If you can find it you might be able to copy or rename it to the ID/location of your current Form History Control plugin.

See for example here or here.
