Using Firefox 130 on Windows 10, FHC 2.5.8.0 (but I've seen this happen on earlier Firefox versions too).
Occasionally - but this isn't readily repeatable, unfortunately - the right-click context menu appears in a language which is not listed at all in my Firefox locale preferences (or the OS setting, though that in itself should not be being used anyway).
I have two possible thoughts on what the cause might be, although because it's not consistent I've not been able to verify them:
Might FHC be reflecting some per-site data, eg. in the HTTP response headers or HTML header metadata of the particular web page that is displayed?
Might FHC itself be using data other than from the Firefox configuration to determine the language to use (eg. an attempt at IP address geolocation)? Or does Firefox itself sometimes do that, rather than simply honour the user's explicit profile settings?
