Interesting Possibilities with Online Reader not available in standalone/installed

"Playing" with the online reader in MS Edge I note some advantages compared to the exe version

• Expected was the ability to Read Out Loud or Translate into a local language
  

• Unexpected was MS offer to export page to Immersive Plain Text with some interesting grammar toys
  

However what was noticably missing was any means to annotate as that seems not possible whilst in PDF view or related mode.
Am I missing somthing or do I need to try a different Browser?

Hmm loks like its only possible in a jpeg snapshot of the page using Web Capture,

However that suggests Web Capture is a means to export a PDF page as a JPG image :-)

So back to opening PDF first in SumatraPDF or send to Vanilla MS Edge to do annotations !
