There is an advanced setting (works in 3.3+ 3.4+ 3.5+ & pre-release 3.6) close and RESTART SumatraPDF may be required to see change.
TreeFontSize = 1 - 8 & larger DEFAULT 0 (=12) TreeFontsize = 9 -11 is smaller TreeFontSize = 13 - example here 30 = larger |

The left bookmark text size smaller than right pdf content, and my computer can be touch, if can not control the bookmark text size is very pain.
