XY separation between an object and its support doesn't fully apply to the top interface layer #4537

What happened?

From what I can see, when modifying the "XY separation between an object and its support" function, it will do everything as expected until I use a value over 50%.

For this exemple, consider that I am using 3 Top interface layers, but the same effect exist while using 1 or 2.

At 51% and higher, the support and the first 2 layers of interface will have a greater separation (as expected) BUT the top interface will keep a distance of 50% to the object.

In other words, the maximal XY separation between the top interface layer and the object is of 50% over the external perimeter width, but should in theory follow the same rule as the support and the rest of the interface layers.

Project file & How to reproduce

I am unable to send the project files, but the problem has been consistent using a lot of different settings, and should be really easy to replicate.
