Add a CSV Export to Broken link module

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When dealing with hundreds of broken links, having a CSV/Excel report to manage or send to teams could be handy if you don't want or can't send email reports (Group rights not the same on a very big branch)

Describe the solution you'd like
Simply add a CSV button like on the Exclusion module, but for the broken links themselves.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual exports directly from DB or use of the Additional Scheduler extension to do SQL queries.

@gaumondp What would you expect to be in the csv? Basically the same fields as shown in the list?
