Add RecordLinktype

It is currently not possible to check type RECORD links such as t3://record?identifier=tx_news&uid=99999

It should be possible to check these type of links

Also fetchType should be checked in InternalLinktype. There is some discrepancy between which type it returns and which kind of links it checks.
