More configurations for required - table columns

I couldn't find a way to setup template with either/or requirements.

Example case:
CSV of the user might have both "first name" and "last name" columns or just "full name" column in a situation where name is required.

I can't find any solution for this case with the current way templates are configured. Additional more advanced required field seems to be needed here to support either/or and more advanced cases.
