Current behavior

Currently, the days of any activity seem to count.

Example: "timeout" 90days:

No unassignment by the action

(Source: JabRef/jabref#9539)

Suggested solution

The action should count comments by the assignee only (and the asignment date). All other activity should not count into the "timeout".
