The pre-defined templates are to keep the conversation on the portal focused. For free-flowing discussions, fact checkers and DAU can use another platform.

Examples of template messages:

  • What fact checkers know about a piece of content (where, what, escalated, fact checked)
  • The message is already being worked on (for example, the fact checking group was tipped through another channel)
  • Adding links to fact checks
  • Sharing information to contextualize the post

The final templates will come from the DAU team.
