Add "hint" functionality to provide guidance for solving exercises

I'd like to propose adding a new feature to the repository to improve the user experience for learners. This feature would allow users to type "hint" into the terminal while working on an exercise, providing them with helpful guidance on how to approach the problem.

Current behaviour:

When a user gets stuck on an exercise, they may not know the best way to proceed or how to approach the problem.

Proposed feature:

• Implement a "hint" command that users can type into the terminal while working on an exercise.
• When the "hint" command is entered, the terminal should display a relevant hint or suggestion on how to solve the current exercise.
• The hints should be concise and informative, nudging learners towards the correct solution without giving away the entire answer.

Benefits:

This functionality will help learners when they are stuck on an exercise, providing an additional layer of guidance and support. It will enable them to continue making progress, further enhancing their learning experience with the repository.
