Windows 11 issues - fails to run!

I can't get it to run. Can you help?

Hi I'm running Pycharm In Windows 11 with fast GPU. Bits and Bytes has trouble finding CUDA. I'ts a directory settings issue. Thanks for your help Regards Peter Wilde
