lnav is deadly slow

Describe the bug
When navigating/searching/scrolling, lnav freezes all the time. I don't remember this issue on Intel Macbook and looks like it persists only on Silicone.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Freezes apply only to log files, which is probably the issue in parsing the timestamps or syntax because there is no issue with any other type of file and similar size.

What version are you using? Can you try v0.12.3? Would you be able to give me a sample of the logs that are slow?

Looks like one of the highlighters has a slow regex. I'll figure something out.
