我一句话不说也不好，我下载到本地然后用浏览器加载，结果到了12或者8%的时候卡住了。然后做成apk用WebView还是一样的

这个需要服务器或者修改浏览器安全配置的的，建议在本地搭建服务器之类的来处理。
