Feature Request: Add "Favorite" to the edit OTP menu and Need to optimize "Manager list" section

The application should add a favorite list item, which will be convenient for people who have many OTP codes and only use a few OTPs regularly without having to search (Favorite list will be displayed at the top). For the “Manager List” section, the newly created list should be placed above the existing “My Tokens” list. The “My Tokens” list is always placed on top by default and cannot be moved down, which is quite annoying. This feature is especially useful for those with a very long “My Tokens” list, who have to scroll down to find a new category similar to the current one.
