Yielding components with bound arguments as generics

I am not sure if this is a bug or if I'm missing something.

We have a general purpose options component that accepts generic for options

import Component from "@glimmer/component";

interface OptionsComponentSignature<T> {
    Args: {
        options: T[];
    }
    Blocks: {
        default: [option: T]
    }
}

export default class OptionsComponent<T> extends Component<OptionsComponentSignature<T>> {} // eslint-disable-line ember/no-empty-glimmer-component-classes

// options.hbs
{{#each @options as |option|}}
    {{yield option}}
{{/each}}

And I may be yielding this component with bound options from a different component, but this results in an error

// foo.hbs
{{#let (component "options" options=(array 1 2 3)) as |OptionsComponent|}}
    {{yield OptionsComponent}} // Error: Type '[options: unknown]' is not assignable to type '[options: number]' 
{{/let}}

// foo.ts
import templateOnlyComponent from '@ember/component/template-only';
import type OptionsComponent from "./options";
import type { WithBoundArgs } from "@glint/template";

interface ReproductionComponentSignature {
    Blocks: {
        default: [OptionsComponent: WithBoundArgs<typeof OptionsComponent<number>, 'options'>] // error comes when we add `number` type to `OptionsComponent` here
    }
}


export default templateOnlyComponent<ReproductionComponentSignature>();

I would expect such use cases to work since if I am using foo somewhere for example here I would expect option to be of type number

<Foo as |OptionsComponent|>
  <OptionsComponent as |option|>
    {{option}} // this should have `number` type
  </OptionsComponent>
</Foo>

if I omit number from the Blocks in foo.ts then option will be of type unknown

Not sure if this is a bug or I am missing something, if it is a bug I can create repo with reproduction steps or if I am missing something I could use the help

This seems to be caused by the same problem I described in #575 and is a bug
