Validation to confirm all Nvidia packages are the same version

A few times now, we've seen Nvidia drivers out of sync, with the Negativo17 Nvidia repo with one version, and packages provided by the Negativo17 Multimedia repo has another.

We should have a simple check as part of the Nvidia script to ensure the Nvidia version from the akmod matches the version of the packages installed by this script.
