Not able to run it

I am not able to run it locally in my computer is there any documentation available for this to run, I am trying to install grunt at starting it is showing installing and than when I run grunt command it is showing grunt is not install

You can install grunt with npm: npm install -g grunt-cli

Thanks for quick response, I did this installation after that as well it is showing me the same error message
