Clean up NavigationBar styles for the native renderers on Android/iOS and the XAML CommandBar-based template for other platforms

  • Utilize the common Lightweight Styling resource keys
  • Clean up docs to separate Material specific styles and resources from the default Fluent guidance
  • Add Fluent section to NavigationBar section of Gallery
