The Other option in Reasons in Delete Database modal has a small bug

steps to reproduce:

• go to the details tab at your database
• scroll to the Delete this database section
• open the Delete modal
• choose other in the question Could you share a quick reason to help us improve?, you will notice a new input shows, typical.
• close the modal
• reopen the modal

you will notice the other option still chosen but the conditionally-new input disappears, now I have to change the already-selected other option and rechoose again, not so convenient
